We prefer these to Black Fridays cause one will happen on Thursday 26th February, a By-Election in the Gorton and Denton constituency of Manchester. 11 candidates have been nominated, none more so than our very own ‘Sir Oink A Lot’. He is a local. so if you can, support him to be our very first candidate to retain his deposit. He will be well supported by party members on the day, albeit myself wont be there, more is the pity. I was to be his back up if things went wrong and Sir Oink couldn’t do it, but he is ‘in’ to the roar of the crowd.

Talking now of up and coming elections, this is the only Parliamentary one, but on Thursday May 7th there will be local ones, maybe in your area. They are all free, no deposit, be they County, District, Town or Parish. BUT, you cant just stand, you must get a letter of authorisation from our Nominations Officer to stand for the party. Easily done, call him on 07946292557 or a.hope70@yahoo.com before the end of March to make sure you get in on time, there are strict times and dates, DON’T leave it too late. I will be defending my own Council Seat in Fleet Hampshire.
