The Loony Party now have another elected councillor——
he is, Martin Hannah the Lord of Pilcot, who won a seat just recently
on the Dogmersfield Parish Council in Hampshire.  Martin is a real Lord, and has been a member now for 6 years.

Dogmersfield is so small that the electoral Commission
actually use his Manor House as the Polling Station ! He is always the first
to vote, in his pyjamas, holding a Teddy Bear ! ! !
