The count was held unusually the next day on Friday morning, in an agricultural building internally decorated as a marquee. The Flying Brick spent much of the time crawling around on his hands and knees muttering about the low ceilings. While John ‘Imwyedon’ and Christine pointed out that as Alan had been named ‘Laud Howling’ on the ballot paper maybe were probably 441 which added to the 40,747 voters who didn’t vote equal a massive loony landslide of 41,188.
