Fleet Lions Ale Festival – Sat 9th August
The Fleet Lions Beer Festival will be the first ever occasion when five different Co-ALE-ition ales will be available all at the very same time. The Fleet Lions Beer Festival is by far the best Beer Festival in the Fleet area and is very popular especially with the locals. All the profits go to local charities. The five Co-ALE-ition ales selected for this prestiguous event are as follows:-
Longdog brewery’s Winning Co-ALE-ition (4.2%abv) — a malty tasting session bitter.
Langham brewery’s Co-ALE-ition Gold (4.9%) — a hoppy tasting golden ale with a kick.
Ascot Ales brewery’s Co-ALE-ition Hope & Glory (4.6%) — a single hop IPA which uses a different UK/international hop every month.
Wild Weather brewery’s HowlinGale (3.9%) — a dark old ale.
Mash brewery’s Monster Mash (4%) — pale yellow/blonde golden ale.
Alan Hope (Leader of the OMRLP) will be attending both sessions (afternoon and evening) on Sat 9th August and will be around to take real ale drinkers through the Co-ALE-ition journey.
