Our friend in the North, Johnny disco won the recent 9th annual Northenden Boat Race with a time of 14 minutes, The our local labour MP Mike Kane won the canoe race, and thoroughly good time was had by all! Lots of much needed money was raised for The Christie Cancer charity.
