It’s that time of year when the Loony Party hierarchy have been enjoying the Parliamentary recess break so some of them were each given a book by one of our Honorary Ministers to review for all in the loonyverse.

“Football & how to survive it” by Lord Pat Nevin
I don’t know much about football but having read this fantastic book I feel more confident in surviving my lack of Gravity & knowledge about it  The Incredible Flying Brick

“Live Forever” by Lord John Robb

“The Closest Thing to Crazy” by Lord Mike Batt
Having read a promo copy of this superb musical adventure at last’s years Loony Conference, I was delighted to find by reading it again, the Wombles bit made more sense
A Gent Chinners

“Rock & Rose” by Lady Suzan Holder
Any book that involves a music legend in the story is a must for me. [Spoiler] The legend might be Elvis

“The Universe of Geoffrey Brown” by Lord Captain Sensible

This is a brilliant reissue of his double concept album with new packaging and a comic . . . oh, was I supposed to review the comic?

I’ve now read this about 6 times and the bit about the Beatles about 11 times, beat that! – Lord Knigel Knapp
